Stripes are always beautiful and you Ladies look fantastic in them. They bring this happy, young feel no matter what cut or style. Carmen, we have just started a group PHENOMENAL US which works on a simliar principle to your stripes – I’d like to invite you to join it. I’ll lead you through the process of signing in. I think you’ll love it. Are you on FB ? Could you give me your FB address? Hope to hear from you :))))) Kisses – Margot :))))

I agree, stripes are so youthful and fun! I’d be delighted to be part of your PHENOMENAL US group!! Would this be a FB page?
I’ve featured several bloggers during the years and wanted to ask you if you have (or will have) some photos with floral backgrounds, so I can include you in a post I want to do in May. The outfit does not have to be florals, it can be anything you like. The idea is having flowers or blossoms for backdrops. 🌻🌹🌷🌼

My pleasure Jess! I usually think of stripes as a more sporty and casual look, but you showed how it can be dressy and elegant. 🙂

Hi Carmen, love your striped top that you got in “my city” New York! the yoke does look like houndstooth alright. It goes so well with both Capris and sandals. I like the bolder stripe look like you are wearing. Jess’s dress is gorgeous too, it is classy and love the shoes. Take care Dear, hugs, Terri xo.

I quite like stripes. Got a t-shirt and a jumper. With yours you can mix and match with different trousers. Looks great !

Thank you Ute! I would imagine most of us have clothes with stripes, including men. I wear this top with trousers too, it’s very versatile.

The sailor outfit looks great on you. I love the set of capris and striped sweater, because it evokes for me the beautiful Carmen walking along the beach of Toronto near the lighthouse. The sweater is cute, I love the top piece with the bunnies on the neckline, contrasting with the stripes. Both looks are perfect, with white or blue capris. Although your image with white capris and red accessories is more emotional for me, more … Carmen (even this plays with the turquoise bracelet, another symbol very Carmen). I love your image on the bridge with the hair collected.

Awww you remember the lighthouse in Toronto! Yes, I do love the beach but the closest beach where we live is over an hour away. You are very fortunate to have the beach so close! Stripes and the sea, a good combination! It was a little windy on the Brooklyn Bridge, so my hair is rather windblown – lol. Thank you for your wonderful comment dear Josep-Maria!
