Eastertime

The weather outside my window this morning looked more like Christmas than Easter, in fact, we did not have snow this past Christmas.

I always look forward to Easter even more than Christmas, perhaps because there’s not as much commercialism, but mostly because it is such a powerful demonstration of God’s love for everyone!

JESUS

Easter week I was asked to print a scripture verse (John 1:1) on the arch of a wall in the hallway of a local church where I have taught liturgical dance for 20 years.

    you’re such an artist! In the beggining there was…I love that passage, so inspirational.

    here has been unusually cold for this time of year….weather is crazy sometimes.

    Love this for so many reasons. The emphasis on Christ, your gorgeous
    hand lettering of the Scripture, finding out you dance, and that the printing was in purple.

    Your love for Jesus shines through you.

      Thank you my dear Ute! It was not easy and I risked my life standing at the very top of the ladder when I was painting the top (not like you see me here on the ladder). My back was hurting as I stood sideways for an extended period of time and It made me think of Michael Angelo. 🙂
