Love all your videos, I also love to dance as I do ballet, contemporary, salsa and merengue. You are great smiley and elegant teacher, I practiced some of the steps of shattered dreams at home and had lots of fun, Thanks for sharing and keep dancing and teaching 🙂

I love dancing, I do tap dance and freestyle though. Used to do ballroom some time ago. I do have to say I do love a good Charleston, which we have soon for our next exam. Seeing you dancing is a great inspiration for me.

These dance reviews are short and basically intended for my students to practice dances I have taught in class. Wish I could use the music (as so many instructors do on Youtube) but whenever I try to, a warning pops up that it is an infringement on copyright. Perhaps laws are stricter in Canada.
I must make time to post more dances, as I have promised my students I will continue with these dance reviews. Never enough time! *BIG SIGH*

Please watch SIMPLY MAMBO (above) I demonstrate the cucaracha (rock to the right, recover and step, then rock to the left, recover and step).

I thought the dance is called Cucarucha. I must be wrong. Do you have the name of the dance that use cucarucha and hip bumps?

Your are welcome to come to the intermediate class to see which class you prefer. We do a few of the dances that you already know and you have learned most of the steps we use, so you’ll catch on fine.

Wow, such lucid teaching in these videos…no need to come to class.. ha ha….but class and dancing is such fun……can not get the participation from a video… look forward to next season. Thanks for posting these instructional videos.

People keep asking me for dance stepsheets and then they have told me that the papers are too hard to follow. The video makes it easier. It will be a great way to review a dance at home, especially if someone is new or having difficulty with a dance.
