NORTHERN REFECTIONS: Blue Christmas

I’m delighted to collaborate with Northern Reflections again! I love promoting this great Canadian company!

This blue buffalo check sweater caught my eye while browsing through their online store. It also comes in red and black which I love, but I decided to go for the blue this Christmas season.

“Here at Northern Reflections, we are on a journey
towards more sustainable practices. We are
embracing decisions to reduce our footprint
and positively impact the world around us.”

Northern Reflections

Made in Canada

It has the five “Cs” that I look for in a sweater…

Chic – Classic – Casual – Comfortable – COZY

plus QUALITY

Looks great paired with jeans and perfect for layering.

On sale now!

I always find something I love whenever I shop at Northern Reflections. They have lovely accessories and jewellery, I purchased this pretty butterfly necklace, it has an adjustable chain so I can wear it any length I prefer.

Beauty is in the details

“With the world becoming more conscious of the impact we have on our environment, we at Northern Reflections have increased our efforts to create look-good, feel-good and do-good fashion. With a focus on being kind to ourselves and our planet, we have launched many new initiatives to decrease our carbon footprint and become more sustainable. Take a peek to read about three of our newest fabrics we have introduced to our new Conscious Choice Collection.”

  2. Hi Carmen: Do you remember me? I remember you, I had a fashion blog years ago, I took it down because I got frustrated with the layout. I was so sad to stop blogging. I missed it so I made one again. It’s the same name as before. I hope you can get back to when you can. I also stopped blogging and took my old blog down because my neck and hands were getting tingly and hurting so that was the other reason I had to stop.

Thanks so much Ashley! I thought so too, I’ve never seen buffalo check in blue and it goes so well paired with jeans. I’m layering it today for extra warmth because the weather outside is frightful! Brrrrr!!

  6. You look lovely in your Northern reflections sweater Carmen , it looks so cozy to wear and great for your winter climate. I love your 5 C’s list. I am going to have to use that ! It looks chic with jeans and also the cute beret. It is good to support an ethical company. Your tree looks amazing , I love how it is decorated. The butterfly necklace is a really nice design. I love that it is adjustable, I wish more were made that way! Have a nice end to your weekend, take care, Terri xo.

We tried to invest in Eastern Canada for developing sustainable agriculture for organic natural clothing of raw materials, but it fell on deaf ears from the governments. Even with us willing to put upwards of $128m (usd) of our own money. So goes the world. Brian Bowman 🙂

That is very dissapointing to hear. You’d think they would be pleased with your generous offer at a time when we are supposed to be environmentally conscientious and care about our economy. Sad.

Thank you for stopping by again!

A very nice jumper, which goes perfectly with jeans. I love the look with the beret, I like that chic point, that French air. You look beautiful with that beautiful hair peeking out from under the beret.

Very nice post and I love seeing Canadians supporting The Canadian “Brand”. I had the opportunity to have been raised from grandparents between The USA/Canada. Brian Bowman
