One of our favourite beaches on Lake Huron is Kincardine where our youngest son bought a house recently. We’ve taken trips to Kincardine and Hanover many times during the past few months, helping our sons who have moved away.

Thanks so much Inese! We are working at our two sons’ homes painting every room and working very hard helping our youngest son with his house in Kincardine (a real fixer-upper, worse than we thought) so it’s not all fun, but it’s good to take time to enjoy some relaxation at the beach.

My younger son moved to this beach town. The house is in terrible shape, worse than we imagined. We knew it needed to have work done, but we didn’t know how much. It is costing a lot of money but it will be beautiful when it’s finished.

Oh my Kincardine beach is so beautiful Carmen ! It could pass as a tropical island beach.It will be a great reason for you to visit both the beach and your sons in the future! The t shirt is super cute on you and does look so comfy to wear. It goes so well with the rest of the outfit ! I am really loving your hat and purse also! We have been busy with our house move this summer but have kept the fun side going also with hotel breaks which = swimming pools for our family. Also waterparks have been visited too. This lake looks more like an ocean with the beach. I love it. It must be great to live nearby. Beuatiful you in front of the beautiful Summer flowers is perfect. I also go and visit my son and we really did lots of house hunting this Summer. It is fun, let’s see what comes out.

Indeed, our Great Lakes are HUGE. Everyone who visits is amazed when they see them and say it looks like an ocean! On a map, you’d just think they’re like any lake in Europe, but they are soooo large that you can’t see the other side. Lake Huron has the best sunsets. Lake Superior is the largest of the Great Lakes.
We’ve been working very hard at getting the house renovated and a walk by the beach is the best reward for a hard day’s work! 🙂
Kincardime is a charming beach town and a piper plays at sunset every evening during summer.
House hunting is fun; hope you find the house you’re looking for!
