The Resurrection is not canceled

One of the joys in my life is celebration dance. Like the Bible says in Psalm 150 …

“Praise His name with dancing.”

Every Easter I have had the opportunity to dance as an expression of praise and worship. This year the buildings may be closed, but the church is alive and the Resurrection is not canceled!

I thank God for life and though most of us will spend less than a hundred years on this earth (and some a little longer) my hope is in the Lord and His promise of eternal life!

This season is all about God’s love for us …

For God so loved the world  (that’s us) that whoever (that’s anyone) believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16

    It’s wonderful that we can still celebrate Carmen!! Even though it’s been hard we still have many blessings.

      Yes indeed, there are blessings! I am thankful for good health but I lost my job. All my dance classes are canceled until further notice. I was working five days a week and this is a difficult time for us. I know there are millions of people out of work. Jean’s eco-boutique may not make it if this continues much longer. Many have lost their businesses permanently. Livelihood is an urgent matter too.

    Happy Easter Carmen. No, Easter is not cancelled and we can still worship in our own home. I added your beautiufl dance to my morning and loved your song. I’ll try and sing it with you. That reminds me that the verse at my “Konfirmation” given to me was Psalm 115v12: The Lord remembers us and will bless us. Blessings Carmen with love.

      Thank you so much Ute! You’re right, we don’t need a building to worship the Lord and celebrate the Resurrection! That’s a very encouraging verse from Psalms! I put my trust in the Lord!

    I perfectly remember your beautiful photo, your dance, all that sweetness and tenderness that characterize you. These dates always remind me of you and your loving personality. I loved hearing you sing, it’s a beautiful song.
