Animal Print and Faux Leather Pants

There was a time I thought animal prints were tacky, but I changed my mind many years ago and now I own dozens of animal print items from clothes to shoes, including accessories like scarves and even jewellery. What I like about this animal print is the unexpected shades of blue. It’s from COVERED PERFECTLY but I don’t think it’s available anymore or I would buy another one for when this one wears out.

I don’t think it’s going to wear out any time soon because the quality is superb, made in USA. So soft and comfortable like everything COVERED PERFECTLY makes.

My pants were gifted to me by one of my dance students, thank you so much Colleen! I’ve always wanted faux leather pants and these ones have a panel of faux suede, which I love!

We are very blessed to have this beautiful forest behind our house with a trail that goes deep into the woods where deer and coyotes live. The heavenly fragrance in the forest was naturally intoxicating!

A wonderful place to rejuvenate!

    I need to do some earthing soon! I’ve actually started collecting more leopard prints and I used to not be Wild about them either! Love how you paired your outfit with the sleek leggings!

    Beautiful you in this lovely forest. Lucky to have one behind your house. This music gives me memories too, home as child with my family listening to that sort of lovely music. Do you remember ‘ Morgens um sieben ist die Welt noch in Ordnung’ – love that one too!

    I originally shied away from animal prints because I kept thinking they were trendy. Then I happened upon a Dior ad from ’48 and there was Leopard print and it finally fit me they are beyond trendy and just downright classic…been collecting them since.

    What nicest pants, I really like the design and how good they look on you, although, in reality, anything looks good on you! And the shirt is also cute. Although we do not like the skin of animals in our clothes, we like to show off their drawings on us, right? This shirt matches a lot with the color of your eyes, making the whole outfit wonderful. How beautiful your pendant, how beautiful your smile … how beautiful you! In the photos you look gorgeous, impossible not to think you’re the queen!

      Thank you so much for your kind compliments Josep-Maria! We do agree that animal prints are lovely to imitate and animals should not suffer for fashion. Faux leather is very comfortable and the quality has much improved over the years.
