What do hedge hogs and wild boars have in common?
They are both animals on T-shirts from ARMED ANGELS: organic, fair trade and eco-friendly.
Jean and I love supporting ethical businesses because this way we can vote with our dollars. Tragedies like Bangladesh and not wanting to contribute to child labour and horrible working conditions for people, are reasons we care about what we buy. Animals do not need to suffer for fashion and our environment is also a concern.
Jean bought hers at Veganista in Munich–grey with a wild boar.
I bought mine at Dear Goods in Berlin–lavender with a hedge hog.
Since then Jean has opened her own eco boutique and carries apparel from Armed Angels.
I love how Jean tucked her T-shirt in at one side, giving a ruche effect that looks great with her ruched skirt.
I wore mine with white skinny jeans for a fresh summery look.
Am I putting in a plug for fair-trade and for our animal friends?

How beautiful are the shirts printed with ecological and naturalistic messages. And how beautiful to see a post with the mother and daughter together! Both shirts, with both animals are very pretty, I love the colors. Jean dresses it with a nice style, putting a part inside the skirt, that’s a chic touch, even in such a casual look. You, as always, majestically beautiful, the capri queen and the beauty queen. You do not need to add anything to your looks, because your style and natural beauty is the best in all the proposals. However, I must say that I love the color of the shirt and the combination with “her” white pants and beautiful sandals. And the last picture, the close-up of you, … without words, I would say all the prettiest!

Jean has dressed her T-shirt up with a skirt, as you say chic and I have a more casual look. Always glad to read your kind words! I love hedge hogs and my son use to have a little pet hedge hog when he was young.

Thank you Ute. I always have fun shopping with Jean and buying the same clothes. Since the T-shirts are different colours with different animals (hers with black and mine with white) the results are totally different. We did not see each others photos for this style challenge and I had no idea how Jean would wear hers and I didn’t tell her what I would wear with mine. 🙂

I love the way we styled our tops. White is fresh and black is classic. Proof that you can wear a t-shirt with anything.
