What a lovely cardigan !!!! The colours and style – I love everything about it. And your red shoes to break monolook of grey and black. And … your smile of course 🙂 . Cheers – Margot 🙂

Great look! The grey and black still has a hint of Winter appeal but the pop of red says you’re ready for Spring.
And smile really is the best thing you can wear.
You look fantastic Carmen. Can you please send some warm weather to my side of the country.

Per some TV experts, fringes are fashionable again, and so is your silvery soft cardigan. It looks great on you, my dear Carmen!
Smile, there are two more months (only!) and happy spring will be here! ☺️
I miss dancing with you, meine liebe Freundin!

Meine liebe Freundin, I miss you too! What a good title that would have been for my post! Fringes are Fashionable! You’re quite right, the black and white gives a silver impression and it is the softest cardigan I have. 🙂

How strange to see your city in January without snow. It’s not the scenery I imagine for you these days. The knit jacket is cute, and your explanation about the acrylic point and non-cruelty of wool is perfect for you and for everyone. I love your red shoes, one of those signs of distinction in your looks, that way of calling our gaze to your little feet. Monochrome looks always look perfect on you, the black all, of course, is no exception. Some take it to look thinner, you obviously do not need to do that, your figure is perfect. I love your foulard, matching your gray eyes … Another wonderful look from the most wonderful woman. I also felt the death of Mary.

Thank you very much Josep-Maria! You’re always so encouraging! I’m hoping spring will come soon. It is really wonderful to share the same values with fashion: ethical fashion that is fair to the garment workers and without animal cruelty.
Mary had a beautiful smile, she wore capris and ballet flats like Audrey. 🙂 Both were remarkable and beautiful women!
Have a happy week!

Love the name “Wully”!! I hate the itch of wool too!
The first thing my eyes landed on were those gorgeous red booties!!

Thanks so much Melinda! The boots are from Germany. I totally understand how you feel with wool, it’s so uncomfortable and itchy. I’ve even tried the so-called softer wool and it still itches like mad!
Have a sunny week!

It does, doesn’t it ? There you go then, you will have to get a Wully dog my friend, or maybe you are happy with just your cardigan.
Thank you so much and have a great week yourself dear Carmen 🙂 ❤

Carmen, you know I AM a cardigan girl and just loooooove my cardigans. I would love that one too. I got my Icelandic style one on at the moment. Glad you have it a bit warmer. It was freezing yesterday with an icy wind, all frozen this morning but it is supposed to get a bit warmer, yay. I have almost the same necklace as you with a leaf on, that long too. perfect for jumpers I find. Love the red shoes with it too! Hopefully Spring comes soon as we almost finished January!

Thank you so much Ute! Your Icelandic cardigan must be beautiful. I think long necklaces look great with jumpers. Two more months of winter, can’t wait!
Have a wonderful week!

That cardigan is perfect for the colder weather (or even when it’s a little warmer like you’re having!). But my fave part about this outfit is the bright shoes! That’s my idea of a great pop of color!!
