Instant Pattern Mixing: flowers and leopard

What I like about this dress is that it’s designed with a patchwork of pattern mixing: flowers, leopard and an abstract print.

The front is different from the back and it’s also asymmetrical which gives it a unique designer look.

Version 2

I wore it recently to a garden party in the countryside on a pleasant Sunday afternoon.pattern mixing 3 pattern mixing 4

My necklace is a string of beads of various animal prints: leopard, tiger and zebra (hand-made in Canada).

flowers

I love the countryside: green meadows as far as the eye can see and fresh air!

Thank you Karen! I bought this hat recently at a fair, It has a black trim and bow, and black lace band. Although it is new, it has a vintage flair.

      Happy summer!

Thank you very much dear Ralph! I added “My style” page recently with the intent to put my whole wardrobe in one place, a collection of my clothes. It’s not complete yet. I do have an extensive wardrobe, but I keep everything from years ago, I take care of my clothes, as well as many gifted and thrifted items. I have a lot of jewellery too but all my jewellery together did not cost as much as one diamond ring. In fact, I have never had a diamond ring because diamonds are not my best friend. I’d rather have health, friends and fashion jewellery. 🙂

      Cheers!

Dearest Carmen. This is a look Carmen. A print dress, mix yourself a favorite prints, capri (Queen of Capri), and a lovely hat to protect your delicate skin from the sun. A look … Carmen. The design of the dress is beautiful, asymmetrical in the break, symmetric prints, a touch of black to play with your capris, long and short (you could show off your beautiful legs with it). A boho look, something hippie, delicate, sweet and sensual … Carmen, the wonderful Carmen. You’re always beautiful in the photos, the camera loves you, but today … your beauty is something beyond all known limits.

Thanks so much dear! Yes! Never before have we been breaking all the fashion rules! I grew up in the days we were told never to mix patterns. Now even designers who create these works of art mix prints and it becomes a fashion statement!

      Have a fashionable week!

I have never bought anything like that, but it looks great. With the necklace matching a great outfit. Looks great there in the countryside!

Thank you very much Ute! I never used to mix patterns because I was taught they clash. However, even designers are doing it and their creations are wonderful without clashing.

      Happy week!
