London, Ontario–that is.
One of the exciting things about blogging is meeting the author of the blog! I’ve had the opportunity to meet several bloggers in 3D. It feels like meeting a celebrity or a famous person!
Julie from DOSE DEPENDANT is a remarkable and beautiful young woman, with an inspirational story: a woman after God’s own heart! Her genuine smile reveals her love and compassion (she is vegan).

meeting Julie in July
I was so excited to finally meet Julie who came to visit from Manitoba. She has family in London, Ontario–which is a fun day trip from where I live in Kitchener.

Julie and her sister
We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon, feasting on a delicious vegan lunch at a charming Thai restaurant. I felt like I was meeting a celebrity as well as a long time friend. The experience was very emotional and I’m so happy the opportunity became reality this past summer.

Blogging is more than writing and reading.
Friendships to build; moments to treasure!
Have you met a blogger/bloggers in real life?
You look lovely in all pictures. I couldn’t post a comment under the newest post. It’s also noticeable that you are getting better and younger looking all the time. Please stop by my other blog: http://inesepogalifeschool.com/2015/12/18/christmas-memories-that-can-make-us-cry/ when you get some moment. Merry Christmas!

That is so great to meet Bloggers in real life. I agree it is more than just writing, I have made wonderful friendships. I met Ralph, you know, I visited him in Spain, and I met Alastair a blogger from Kent, and he came up to London to spend the day together. One day I shall meet you, Carmen, Can’t wait…. 🙂

My dear Ute, I look forward to the day we meet! This is a bit like pen-pals of the past, in days of yore before the Internet when people used to write letters across the miles.
