Two charming old towns, not far from Stuttgart, make lovely day trips. We visited both towns on the same day, spent the afternoon in Esslingen and then drove up to Rotenberg with its beautiful vineyards on the hills.
I bought this top and silver necklace in Stuttgart.
This guy is awesome!
Anyone who has read Struwwel Peter will recognize these characters climbing up the wall of this building.
Didn’t mean to hit enter. What I was pretty much getting at is that men and women should still dress to impress after 50 and you do it well! Have a wonderful weekend.

It is a shame you live so far away. Love your blog and would love the opportunity to have you model for us :-). What I like is that your style is tasteful & classy yet still posses a strong flirty-feminine side. Take it with a grain of salt this is coming from a 38 year old male lol.

It looks exactly like a fairytale! Are the streets always so neat and clean? How did you manage to take pictures with no one else in them??

Yes indeed! A real-life fairy-tale! They do keep the streets clean. It’s not so easy to take photos without a lot of people in them. Sometimes I wait for a while and I also crop the bottom of the photos. There are people if you look closely. 🙂
Happy Sunday dear friend!

I noticed your (new) sandals in the photos before you highlighted them at the end of your blog.
Charming towns, charming photos, charming views, charming ladies, charming blogger (charming friend).

Very observant Bob! Quite right, the silver sandals are new, however, I bought them at Sears before I left.
Thank you my charming friend!

Beautiful, Love those German old houses, they make the marketplaces so lovely. Lovely top and necklace, I bet you came home with much more luggage…. : 🙂

Thank you my dear! Actually, one of my suitcase was filled with gifts so I had room for my new purchases. Plus, I didn’t take as much knowing I would be buying new clothes. I spent a little more than I planned (good thing for Visa) but considering that I haven’t been there for 21 years, that’s not too bad.
