May is one of my favourite months because lilacs, magnolias and apple blossoms are in their glory. There are lilacs in various colours: white, ivory, pink, mauve, pale violet and magenta.
With lilacs blooming everywhere, they make a lovely backdrop for this magenta blouse which has a delicate damask design in the weave.
This multi-coloured fabric purse by designer Laurel Burch is a cute summer purse. Check out her amazing designs. I love her whimsical cats. (Sadly, she passed away in 2007.)
Sterling silver necklace–the links are hearts–was bought in a little boutique in Stratford last summer.
T’is the season for capris; I love the lace inserts on the hem.
Lovely day for a stroll along the avenue.
I bought this silky soft blouse at Ricki’s (ladies fashion) a few months ago.
It’s a high low style so I have worn it with black leggings and booties.
